Registration of personal data
The personal information provided on this form is stored in a computer file by MOM. We will only process or use your data to the extent necessary to ensure the performance of our services with improved communication and support, taking into account the nature of your complaint.
Within the framework of the pre-contractual or contractual relationship that we have initiated, the complaint will be kept and archived in the "Action Plan for Improvement and Complaint Management" for a period of 3 (three) years from the date of closure of the file or the cessation of the relationship with the "stakeholder", in accordance with the GDPR, then destroyed or archived in an intermediate manner within the framework of legal and regulatory provisions.
In accordance with the French Data Protection Act of 6 January 1978, as amended, and the European Regulation No. 2016/679/EU of 27 April 2016, you have the right to access, rectify, port, and erase your data, or to restrict its processing. You may also, for legitimate reasons, object to the processing of your personal data.
